**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You will assist the Manager in the planning of banquets and in room dining on a daily basis, ensuring the high level of service required according to W standards and the original concept. You will contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards for the department. You will liaise with customers to ensure a positive customer experience. You will supervise talent and pay particular attention to grooming rules and service procedures. You enjoy coaching and training your team.
You are passionate about the W brand and its approach to luxury.

You have previous experience in a 5* hotel
Fluent in French and English
You must be highly motivated
Pay attention to detail and have a passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience.
