For an important company, we are looking for the following profile:
**Your mission**

He/She will be in branch of:

- Contract Drafting and Review: Drafting, reviewing, and modifying contracts and legal documents related to clients, suppliers, partners, etc., to ensure that contract contents are legal, fair, and aligned with the company's interests.
- Legal Consultation: Providing advice and guidance on legal issues arising from the company's business activities, including compliance requirements, intellectual property, labor law, etc., to ensure the company's compliance with legal regulations.
- Participating in Negotiations: Assisting the company in business negotiations and transactions, negotiating legal terms with counterparts, and ensuring the protection of the company's interests.
- Training and Compliance: Providing legal training to company employees to ensure their understanding and adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Risk Management: Identifying and assessing legal risks associated with the company's business and providing appropriate risk mitigation measures and recommendations.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as finance, trading, human resources, compliance, risk to ensure the company's compliance with legal requirements in various business activities.

**Your profile**
- Chinese mother tongue, good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Legal acumen, good knowledge of regulations and legal aspects
- Good organizational and priority management skills
- Good communication skills, problem solving and team playing
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and challenges
