- FNZ Product and Technology team is looking for an experienced, high-octane Workspace Architect to join our team in Chiasso, Switzerland. This is an individual contributor position but requires technical leadership and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and multicultural teams spread across the globe.
- FNZ Workspaces are Pre-built solutions, implemented using the FNZ Studio low-code development platform, which standardize a wide variety of FSI processes and help increaside the quality and the speed of delivery for our clients.As a Workspace Architect you will join a Workspace team, responsible for the design and implementation of Workspaces, achieved by engaging with other engineers, product managers, designers, sales, and professional services teams to tailor the Products to the needs of multiple stakeholders.

- be the first adopter and thus an evangelist of new low-code platform features
- analyze product market fit and be on the edge of product evolution by providing early feedback to the rest of the product and engineering team
- develop solid and scalable FSI solutions that are globally adopted

Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and implement processes, data-models and APIs with FNZ Studio, that can be adapted to multiple businesses keeping a solid common foundation
- Define work packages, plan, and identify dependencies among deliverables and introduce best practices to improve their maintenance
- Design Connectors that integrate FNZ Studio with existing systems, drive implementation and provide guidance to Customer and projects
- Take responsibility for the quality of FNZ’s Productized Workspaces including performances, stability, upgradeability, and release procedure

**Required Skills**:
- 3-5 years as Developer/Technical Consultant/Architect or an equivalent position
- Experience with BPM systems / platforms a plus
- Knowledge of business domain in FSI Account Opening, KYC. Compliance a plus
- Demonstrable proficiency in one core programming language (Java preferred)
- Experience with web services and databases such as, but not limited to: REST, SOAP, Oracle, MS/SQL
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML 5, React, CSS, Ajax, XML)
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals: object-oriented programming, design patterns, UML and algorithms
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Business fluency in English
- BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Informatics or information systems or technology is nice to have
