The Human Resources department will serve a diverse population around 2800 employees (10 countries in Europe, Asia, US and Morocco) and 10 professional families and expertise. Group Operations Transformation has been set up in 2017 and will continue its in-depth transformation in the coming years

In this context, the HR Business Partnering Team is accountable to:

- Act as the strategic partner and change agent to enable the achievement of business objectives, delivery of an excellent employee experience and the cultural transformation of the business
- Build a long term and trustful relationship with the business leaders, act as a “personal counselor”, providing feedback on the leadership skills and ability of those leaders
- As part of HR, implement HR Policies and processes in the business units, ensuring a fair and consistent employee experience; with the support of the Digital Services (and specifically the HR Advisory team) and the Center of Expertise (L&D, Talent & Recruitment, C&B, Workforce Evolution & Analytics and Social Relations & Legal HR)

POSITION MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES

**Mission**

As a strategic change agent for the organization transformation at country level, provide people insights and solutions to solve business challenges, support business growth and priorities, and work in partnership with the business to execute the strategic workforce plan.

**Main Activities**
- Act as a strategic change agent to Group Operations Divisions at country level
- Ensure timely, regular and consistent feedbacks to Group Operations Senior Business Partners on country Business priorities, needs, and expectations, and inform on local regulatory and legal policies
- Ensure consistent implementation of Group Operations Transformation initiatives such as new standards and policies and/or Change Management Programs
- Ensure knowledge on Group Operations HR strategy by all country stakeholders (Executives, Managers, Employees, entities)
- Counsel management and employees in relation to such group and/or individual issues that may arise including the analysis of employee opinion surveys.
- Be guardant of a good dialogue with managers, collaborators and other AXA entities, and ensure a good level of employee engagement in your country.
- Communicate on, manage and support HR policies and practices applicable to Group COO Business Unit.
- Contribute through country insights to the continuous improvement of Group COO HR process
- Oversee on the ground HR day to day service is in place.
- Advise on activities** **such as OTR, Development, HR Strategic Projects and organization design as required.
- Drive social dialogue in countries when expected
- As part of the Corporate Responsibility Strategy, enhance Diversity & Inclusion; develop the employee value proposition to be an employer of choice.
- Improve expertise and knowledge of best HR practices while carrying out market watch.

**Your Profile**
Good HR background with proven experience on general HR practices and processes including Compensation, Resourcing, Training and Development and Employment Law. Experienced in transversal project management.
