In the role

as Operations Controller, you are a member of our Finance team. Join our team in Haag and help to develop a business with growth potential.

In this role you will be accountable for:

- Drive harmonization and standardization of reporting and controlling processes within the medmix fulfilment group
- Support and coordinate the planning process with legal entities
- Ensure a solid standard costing
- Harmonize and align labour and machine hourly rate calculations
- Support legal entities to establish and maintain relevant and harmonized cost centre and work centre data structures and settlement rules
- Conduct standard and ad hoc financial analyses in Actual, rolling forecast and planning periods
- Drive automation of standard fulfilment reporting requirements
- Support group in SAP controlling projects

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- BSc / MSc in Accounting / Finance Certifications
- Experience in driving process improvement projects
- excellent analytical skills, understanding of and working with complex data
- Good German and English language skills
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and processes
- Pro-active and self-motivated mindset,
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels
