**Controller Switzerland** (m/w/d)**

der/die uns bei unserer Mission unterstützt.

**Die Rolle**:

- Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse, Kommentierung der Monatsberichte sowie Erarbeitung von Analysen und Interpretation der Kostenstellen
- und Kostenträgerrechnungen
- Aktive Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Reporting-, Budget
- und Forecast-Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei operativen Controlling Themen unserer Standorte
- Erstellung von ad-hoc Analysen und KPI-Benchmarks
- Projektmitarbeit bei der Integration neuer Tochtergesellschaften und der Erstellung von Business Cases

**Profil**:

- Fach-/Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrungen und Kompetenzen im Controlling und Accounting
- Hohe IT und Prozess Affinität und sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
- Vernetztes und analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Motivation Weiterentwicklungen in unseren Reportings voranzutreiben und zu implementieren
- Kommunikations
- und Ausdrucksstärke (stilsicheres Deutsch, gute Englisch Kenntnisse und Französisch von Vorteil)
