Tasks

Job description, main responsibilities and typical tasks
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Creating and maintaining electronic and physical files.
- Assisting with data entry and data management on any level including financial data as invoices, and bills (Credit / Debit).
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.
- Providing general administrative support to team members as needed.
- Assisting with special projects as assigned.
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Valid work permit and be eligible to work in Switzerland (B, C, CH, please send a copy with your Application).
- Able to commit to a minimum of 22.50 hours per week (50%)
- Available to work during normal business hours (7.30h - 17.30h)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

**Important**: This is internship / praktikum - the salary system is not same as for the jobs after internship / praktikum. In Switzerland the miminum gross salary for internship / praktikum is CHF 875. per Month. We pay better as minimum.
