**Mission**:

- You will support the marketing team in the development, coordination, and execution of its global marketing strategy. The main mission is to coordinate all product informations.
- As a member of the PIM team, you will be primarily in charge of the coordination of the yearly workbooks productions between all internal stakeholders - product managers, marketing, graphic & IT- to manage the fulfillment of our product information & product photos into our different content management systems.
- You will be in charge to coordinate the collection web launches on brand websites (and B2C). SCOTT uses Digital Asset Management systems (Celum), web management tool (Hybris) and a translation tool to provide a global content service.
- The position represents a diversity of mission going through project management, administrative tasks, content & photo production, and website product content management

**Tasks**:

- Coordination of all product pack shots (Photo studio, 3D rendering)
- Collect product information in order to fulfill the masterdata base (product description, specification, size charts, etc.)
- Support and inform collaborators about process and workflow
- Contact point of all involved parties for the content production (product management, marketing, graphic, material management and IT)
- Coordinate product web launches for our brands and edit web updates

**Required Profile**:

- Experience in similar position
- Strong skills in projects coordination and a high sense of organization
- Knowledge in Excel and database management
- Interest for product photo production
- Comfortable with the use of digital software
- Strong communication / interaction skills (team player)
- Fluent in English, knowledge in German and/or French is an advantage
- Knowledges with the following is a plus: SAP, Hybris, E-Commerce, Celum, Photoshop
- High passion for sports
