**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Mantu: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
**Direct Responsibilities**
- Overseeing annual budget preparation, as well as monitoring monthly P&L forecast and financial performance
- Carrying out monthly variance analysis and processing all expenses against the budget
- Verifying various accounting records
- Ensuring the year-end closing process (balance sheet, income statement, tax returns, etc.) runs smoothly
- Developing financial tools for the group and its brands
- Collaborating with the admin department to prepare client invoices and handle client disputes

**Qualification & Experience**
- You are enrolled in a master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Audit, or Controlling...
- You speak fluently English and French.
- You have had a first management experience or can demonstrate your leadership skills
- Curious, autonomous and eager to take leadership in your project, you are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- You are at ease working on Excel and keen on process-automation.
- You are creative with a critical mindset, willing to bring innovative ideas in our finance department.
