Dieses Praktikum besteht nicht aus langweiligen Administrationsaufgaben - ganz im Gegenteil: Du wirst bei uns gefordert, übernimmst Verantwortung und setzt Projekte eigenständig um Du unterstützt das Marketing Team in allen Bereichen und verwaltest unsere Social Media Channels in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Fotografen. Hier werden deine Organisation-Skills und Kreativität gefordert, um zeitnahe Posts zu kreieren. Unterstützung erhältst Du dabei von einem kleinen Marketing Team, auf welches Du jederzeit zählen kannst

**Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Social Media Management: Verwaltung und Pflege von Unternehmensprofilen auf verschiedenen Social-Media-Plattformen, Erstellung von Inhalten, Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Kampagnen, Überwachung und Analyse von Engagement und Reichweite.
- Marketingkommunikation: Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen insbesondere Employer Branding.
- Eventmanagement: Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Marketing-Events.

- und Organisationsfähigkeiten; kühlen Kopf auch in hektischen Phasen
- Erfahrung in der Eventorganisastion von Vorteil
