**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and closing new business opportunities with Enterprise clients in Switzerland and Germany. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and maximizing sales revenue through effective business development strategies
- Managing a pipeline of revenue and activity, ensuring profitable growth
- Assisting with RFP's, tenders, and proposals
- Developing sales skills, market knowledge, and best practices to achieve targets
- Accessing C-Level and Director-level contacts within client accounts and target prospects
- Generating leads through outbound prospecting and responding to inbound leads
- Positioning Acolad solutions and services to meet client needs
- Implementing sales and pipeline-building market strategies
**Exigences**:
- Proven experience in sales development and closing deals
- Native German speaker with proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a strong plus
- Experience in the language industry is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships and deliver compelling presentations
- Account mapping, planning, and management skills
- Understanding of competitors, unique selling points, and commercial awareness
