**Das kannst du bewegen**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche und gesamtheitliche Betreuung der Produktgruppe Spirituosen
- Definiere, entwickle und optimiere die Strategie sowie das dafür benötigte Sortiment, um weiterhin rentables Wachstum zu generieren
- In regelmässigem Austausch mit dem Sales-Team, externen Partnern und deinen eigenen Marktbeobachtungen bringst du neue Inputs ein und stärkst dein Netzwerk
- In der Betreuung und den Verhandlungen mit den Lieferanten fühlst du dich wohl und verfolgst stets das Ziel, deine Sortimentsgruppe nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln
- Mit Hilfe von regelmässigen Analysen kennst du die KPIs deiner Produktkategorie und leitest entsprechende proaktive Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- In Absprache mit dem Trade Marketing Team planst und definierst du den jährlichen Aktivitätenkalender
- Trage deinen Teil aktiv dazu bei, Feldschlösschen als relevanten Partner in der Schweizer Spirituosen Industrie zu verankern

**Dein Rucksack**:

- Hochschulabschluss (Uni, FH) in Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Category Management oder Product Management in der Konsumgüterindustrie, Getränke oder Spirituosen von Vorteil
- Deine analytische und strategische Denkweise hilft dir im Umgang mit komplexen Fragestellungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
