**Position Summary**
As a
**Media Manager**, you are responsible for optimizing brand activation plans leveraging consumer & campaign data insights across marketing execution channels. You will work with local brand managers and agency partners to leverage strategic data management for making “timely decisions” across touchpoints and audience segments and support optimization of creative assets to drive the best brand performance

**A Day in the Life of a Media Manager**
- Leverage all selected data sources for the best possible audience planning, activation, and measurement with the media agency and always in alignment with solid consent management & local data privacy rules
- Build tight campaign controls to ensure all campaign segments perform as expected & provide in-flight analytics recommendations for brand teams to act on
- Leverage and further develop media partnerships (classic media, Google, Facebook, (e)retailers) to drive maximum value for Nestlé in the Market (NiM) Business Units
- Lead marketing teams in creating innovative media ideas by setting up idea generation workshops together with media agency and media owners
- Ensure full data transparency and use them best by connecting all data sources, leveraging data partnerships, and creating an always-on analytics dashboard across all NiM brands and agencies in the markets
- Ensure adherence to master data and global taxonomy standards, leveraging global products and service lines
- Embrace Marketing Mix Modelling and ROI agenda at the market level in collaboration with Consumer Marketing Insight function
- Based on insights and learnings, continuously optimize local marketing technology stack in cooperation with global teams and Marketing, Sales and eBusiness, agencies, and vendors
**What will make you successful**
- At least 5-7 years of solid media and audience management experience, including media agency experience
- Proven track record in leveraging consumer and campaign data insights to optimize media plans and drive campaign effectiveness
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, with experience across programmatic, Search, and social
- Experience of working with brand builders on defining local media strategy
- Understanding of measurement solutions and methodologies to calculate media efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German, French is a plus
