Your ‘day to day’
As an Administrator Sensory Testing you will plan sensory activities based on panel availability and test objective. This includes as well to coordinate and maintain the internal Consumer Panel Database and legal documentation related to panel activities. Furthermore, you will manage products logistics and products information related to testing.

More specifically, you will:

- Work in close collaboration with the sensory scientists to plan sensory activities depending on panel availability, business needs and project priorities.
- Ensure availability of laboratory supplies, maintain laboratory equipment, perform orders and manage samples retention and consumables stocks.
- Support the organization of the Internal Consumer Panel including the selection and recruitment of targeted users, legal documentation, product logistics, study follow-up and data extraction.
- Maintain and support the optimization of IT solutions/tools in the frame of Internal Consumer Database with the objective to automatize them.
- Support Sensory team by occasionally leading sensory evaluation session and by contributing to the update/development of relevant quality documents.

Who we’re looking for:

- CFC in a technical field.
- Administrative experience in a scientific/laboratory environment. Experience within sensory / consumer research environment would be a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and comfortable with other MS Office tools.
- Proven experience in the management of large datasets.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills coupled with the ability to communicate and evolve in a cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
