- Tu as des notions d'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Tes responsabilités

En tant que spécialiste du support technique IT, tu seras l’ambassadeur du digital sur l'unité (magasin ou dépôt) auquel tu es affecté. Ton rôle est de t’assurer que les produits et plateformes numériques de IKEA sont mise en place avec un certain niveau d’excellence afin de répondre aux besoins des clients et des collaborateurs.

Pour ce faire:

- Tu gères le cycle de vie de tous les actifs IT dans la région définie, y compris la tenue à jour d’un inventaire précis et d’un registre comptable des actifs immobilisés, la préparation des données budgétaires, l’acquisition de nouveaux matériels et logiciels, ainsi que la mise en oeuvre et la configuration de nouveaux actifs
- Tu effectues la maintenance préventive ainsi que les contrôles de routine, y compris la création et le suivi d’un calendrier de service pour les actifs immobilisés ; examen quotidien et hebdomadaire de tous les outils de contrôle applicables afin d’identifier et d’éviter les interruptions potentielles du business
- Tu fournis un support matériel et logiciel de 2e niveau aux utilisateurs finaux sur de multiples sites, et il arrive que tu sois d'astreintes pour les problèmes critiques,
- Tu contribues à la formation technique de base pratique pour le personnel sur site y compris dans la configuration et l’introduction des équipements techniques (ordinateurs portables, p. ex.)
- Tu garanties la coordination et la gestion des fournisseurs locaux et tu es le point de contact local pour les fournisseurs globaux
