Après-demain SA, société privée, est la maison-mère d’un groupe familial suisse composé d’un pôle de sociétés actives dans les sciences de la vie (Debiopharm), de deux pôles patrimoniaux et d’un pôle philanthropique.

Dans le cadre de la gestion du patrimoine, le Capital Management d’Après-demain SA assure la croissance pérenne et l’indépendance du groupe en préservant, diversifiant et valorisant ses réserves financières à travers une stratégie globale d’investissement déclinée via quatre secteurs d’activité : Finance (gestion de trésorerie et d’un portefeuille d’actifs liquides diversifiés), Real Estate (Résidentiel et commercial), Private Equity et Participations.

Pour notre Département Private Equity, nous recherchons activement un/une:
Stagiaire - Private Equity Funds

L’objectif du stage est d’accompagner l’équipe Private Equity - investissements indirects (à travers des fonds) principalement dans le suivi des investissements (2/3) et le support dans l’analyse de nouvelles opportunités fonds et co-investissements (1/3).

Vous accompagnerez une équipe dynamique et motivée, participerez à l’analyse et la préparation des rapports et présentations.

**Tâches principales**:
**Suivi des investissements**: analyse des rapports, préparation de synthèses
Préparation des revues de portefeuille
**Réalisation des investissements**: analyse des informations, recherche d’informations complémentaires, préparation de notes d’investissement
**Requirements**:
**Profil recherché**:
Master en Finances ou Ecole de commerce
1ère expérience en Contrôle de gestion, Due diligence financière, Private Equity ou Fonds de fonds
Connaissance des modalités d’investissement dans des fonds de Private Equity
Bonnes compétences du Pack Office et notamment maitrise d’Excel
Excellent esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
Aisance relationnelle, curiosité
**Langues**: Français et Anglais courant à l’écrit et l’oral
**Durée**: 6 mois, renouvelable le cas échéant
