The purpose of this role is to support the management of international mobility as regards to compensation, social, fiscal and logístical aspects.

You will provide guidance and expertise to ensure best practices whilst overviewing global processes and procedures.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

You will prepare appropriate and equitable compensation/benefits packages at the start and during an assignment for assignees (U calculations, QOLA, expatriate benefits, etc.) and other international transfers, in line with Group policies and practices.

You will manage the presentation and explanation of compensation/benefits packages to HR and assignees, ensure follow-up and management of the relationship with assignees, and assist in maintaining the Assignee Global Database, and preparation of assignee contracts.

In your daily work, you will also support the Head of International Mobility with global HR legal and tax projects.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

You have a minimum of 5 years 'experience in international mobility practices in a similar position with depth expertise in expatriate compensation, expatriate taxation issues, and international social security.

In terms of soft skills, you have strong interpersonal skills, you are a good communicant, and have cultural agility, autonomy, a sense of anticipation, capacity to work in a team and network. You also have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

You are fluent in English, French is an asset, and any other language is a plus
