**Position Summary**

The Global Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Lead is responsible for driving 1:1 digital communications with patients, caregivers and consumers for Nestlé Health Science brands, with the goal of deepening the relationship with patients, caregivers and consumers throughout the consumer journey, from finding new consumers, driving trial, and providing support and additional services throughout the relationship.
In this role, you will support the R&D Manager of the Pediatric Team.

**A Day in the Life of an R&D Nutrition Intern**
- Perform extensive literature review on various topics linked to health and diseases, translate findings in tangible outputs actionable by the business
- Support the team in assessing the nutritional profile of current and new products Contribute to the preparation and execution of innovation workshops
- Conduct competitive reviews
- Closely monitor the latest nutrition trends through diverse channels
- Act as a point of contact between the R&D Functions
- Support our R&D Team in various projects
**What will make you successful**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science
- Understanding basics of Project Management an asset
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong interest in nutrition topics and their latest trends
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in English
