Legal Counsel

Casino Davos AG, a renowned company in the gambling and casino industry with over 25 years of experience, is looking for a highly motivated Legal Counsel 100% to join our team in Baden, Switzerland with immediate effect or by arrangement. In this important role, you will be responsible for monitoring and advising on legal and regulatory matters to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Tasks
- Advising and supporting management in all legal matters, in particular with regard to gaming regulation and legislation as well as trade agreements
- Drafting, conclusion, supporting in negotiation and ongoing monitoring of various contracts (e.g. partnership, commercial and distribution agreements for games, general terms and conditions) and various legal documents
- Handling legal disputes and conducting communication with regulatory authorities, gambling commissions and other external parties
- Supporting the HR, finance, compliance and marketing departments in fulfilling legal requirements
- Training and sensitizing employees to legal requirements and best practices in the gaming sector

**Requirements**:

- Swiss university degree in law (Mlaw, lic.iur), admission to the Bar is not a prerequisite
- 4+ years of professional experience as in-house counsel or lawyer
- Profound knowledge of the Swiss legal system as well as commercial, corporate, labor, distribution, contract, landlord and tenant law
- Impeccable drafting and implementation of procedures and rules in linguistic and legal terms
- Enthusiasm for the gaming sector and interest in its legal framework
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Discretion, ethical behavior as well as a precise and rigorous way of working
- Team player, organizational skills and ability to assess risk
- Impeccable reputation

Language skills
- English: excellent written and oral communication skills (C1)
- German: excellent written and oral communication skills (C1)
- Knowledge of French is a great advantage (B2)
