**Brand Account Manager (in) Dermatologie (Gebiet **Ost**)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die kompetente und fundierte Betreuung von Dermatologen in Spital und Praxis im vorgegebenen Gebiet. Dank Ihrer starken und kontaktorientierten Persönlichkeit fällt es Ihnen leicht, Kontakte aufzubauen und zu pflegen. Sie verstehen es, auf unterschiedlichen Stufen zu argumentieren und sich ein Netzwerk von Entscheidungsträgern und Meinungsbildnern aufzubauen. Dank Ihrer strategischen Denkweise, Ihrem Verkaufsgeschick und Ihrem Durchsetzungsvermögen gelingt es Ihnen, Bedürfnisse rasch zu erkennen, den Kunden zu seiner Lösung zu führen und die angestrebte Umsatzsteigerung zu erreichen. Verkauf verstehen wir als Dienstleistung am Kunden, was auch Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen und Kongresse miteinschliesst. Aktive Initiierung und Durchführung hochwertiger Veranstaltungen, regelmässige Präsenz an lokalen Fortbildungen, selbständiges, fokussiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Handeln, ein kompetenter und gewinnbringender Auftritt sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten bilden die Basis dazu.

**Ihr Profil**:
Als ideale(r) Bewerber(in) besitzen Sie eine medizinische, paramedizinische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung. Sie haben fundierte Erfahrung im Pharmaaussendienst und verfügen im besten Fall bereits über ein Netzwerk in der Dermatologie. Sie bringen Verhandlungsgeschick & Abschlussstärke mit, besitzen eine proaktive und teamfähige Persönlichkeit und sind ein guter Kommunikator. Ein hoher Grad an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität ergänzt Ihr Profil. Weiterhin haben Sie Gefallen an einer intensiven Reisetätigkeit im vorgegebenen Gebiet und sind es gewohnt, selbständig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten. Ausserdem erwarten wir ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse. Gute IT-Kenntnisse von MS Office und der Umgang mit dem Internet setzen wir voraus.
