Product Owner Web

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- The incumbent is responsible to ensure the Sefar world wide web presence offers the desired value to the users, customers and Sefar. (S)he ensurs easy to use, attractive and compliant features. Close collaboration with the product development team, technical support and content teams is daily business.
A typical day:

- Talk to stakeholders about future features of the Sefar web presence
- Translate stakeholder wishes into user stories
- Discuss the users stories with the interdisciplinary product development team and find the best solution together, with a “don’t make me think” and value add mind set (every touchpoint offers an individual benefit for the user)
- Discuss and define with the campaign team how to cross-link content across digital channels according to chosen marketing mix
- Explaining to a manager why User Experience and a user-centered approach are essential in today’s digital world
- Lead a PoC workshop with UX consultant, designer, front
- and back-end to solve a user need

**Die Anforderungen**:

- Proven experience as a B2B webmaster and Product Owner or agile online project manager
- Demonstrated ability to cooperate in international, agile, interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams
- Expert knowledge of web analytics and SEO
- Experience with website management tools, Drupal experience is a plus
- Method competence and passion for user personas and user journey/user story creation
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with and ability to train and lead virtual, internationally distributed teams of web editors
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation etc.) in English and German
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Utmost ethical and compliant to corporate governance and external regulation and legislation
- Living and exemplifying the Sefar values
