**" Project Manager Clean Utilities " **afin d'assurer la gestion de projets CAPEX stratégiques dans le domaine des utilités propres.

**Vos Missions**:

- Participer activement à la construction et au maintien du plan d'investissement Capex du département HVAC & Utilités du site d'Aubonne
- Assurer le pilotage opérationnel des projets sous votre responsabilité
- Gérer des projets techniques dans le domaine des utilités, **tout particulièrement des utilités propres (eaux et gaz)**, dans le respect de la triple contrainte (coøt, délai et scope)
- Piloter les études d'ingénierie nécessaires à la planification du projet (conceptual design, basic design, detailed design) et à la consultation des prestataires externes
- Planifier les activités des projets sous votre responsabilité
- Gérer l'ensemble des ressources (internes et externes) impliquées et/ou assignées aux projets sous votre responsabilité
- Coordonner les travaux d'exécution des projets, dans le respect des règles applicables en matière d'EHS
- Piloter les activités de commissioning et de qualification des projets sous votre responsabilité
- Assurer un reporting régulier de l'avancement des projets auprès de toutes les parties prenantes
- Assurer une veille réglementaire et technologique dans le domaine des utilités
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus au sein de l'organisation Merck

**Formation & Expérience Professionnelle**
- Formation de type Ingénieur ou équivalent (sciences de la vie, génie des procédés, génie chimique)
- Expérience confirmée dans le processus de gestion de projet technique dans le domaine de l'énergie et des utilités propres
- Expérience professionnelle confirmée de minimum 5 années dans le domaine de l'industrie pharmaceutique et des utilités propres
- Bonnes connaissances des exigences réglementaires GMPs, notamment dans le domaine des utilités propres
- Capacité démontrée à coordonner des activités multiples et complexes dans une environnement dynamique
- Excellentes capacités de communication et d'interaction avec les différentes d'un environnement organisationnel matriciel
- Autonome, organisé, rigoureux, curieux et pragmatique
- Français et anglais: Courant
