**About the Position**

The position is a COO Business Management role which mainly includes:

- Support of portfolio management and institutional sales on topics related to Operations and day to day business.
- Oversight of Outsourcing Governance with internal and external vendors and making sound decisions while balancing risks.
- Monitor, track, and report on service delivery outlined in the vendor service level agreements, deliver results regularly to management and peers, and communicate properly to ensure excellent service.
- Support of management reporting und management meetings of the Executive Board of DWS CH AG.
- Support of internal and external Audit reviews.

**Your skills and experience**:

- You have a BA or BS in Management or Business related degree.
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years progressive experience in a comparable role.
- Superior organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks ensuring all deadlines are met.
- You have a strong ability to work independently with a high level of energy, creativity and independent thinking.
- Must be able to interact with management, peers, vendors, and clients in a tactful, constructive, and cooperative manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; be able to formally communicate problems and procedural changes.
- Enthusiastic team player, but also be capable of working independently
