Vous aimez vous occuper de questions juridiques complexes et relever de nouveaux défis de manière flexible ?

Au sein de la FINMA, la division Recovery et Resolution est responsable de l'accompagnement des ef-forts déployés par les titulaires d'autorisation pour surmonter les situations problématiques (recovery) ainsi que de la mise en œuvre de procédures d'assainissement et d'insolvabilité auprès des titulaires d'autorisation (resolution) ou de la liquidation des assujettis. Une attention particulière est également ac-cordée aux plans d'urgence et de liquidation. En tant que centre de compétences juridiques de la division, l'équipe Legal expertise s'occupe de questions variées et interdisciplinaires.

**Tâches principales**:

- Rédaction de décisions dans le domaine du droit de l'insolvabilité.
- Évaluation des demandes de reconnaissance de décisions de faillite et de mesures d'insolvabilité étrangères.
- Évaluation juridique de plans d'urgence/de stabilisation et de demandes d'autorisation pour l'émission d'instruments du marché des capitaux.
- Correspondance avec les intermédiaires financiers impliqués et leurs représentants légaux.
- Collaboration à des projets législatifs.
- Traitement de questions juridiques dans le domaine de la recovery et de la resolution.
- Nomination et supervision de mandataires pour des investigations et expertises juridiques externes.
- Collaboration à des publications.

**Profil requis**:

- Diplôme de master en droit, si possible avec une formation complémentaire (par ex. brevet d'avocat, doctorat et/ou LL.M.).
- Deux à trois ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant que juriste appliquant le droit, idéalement dans le domaine du droit de l'insolvabilité et des restructurations et/ou du droit bancaire/des marchés finan-ciers.
- Compréhension rapide, pensée en réseau et capacité à travailler de manière interdisciplinaire.
- Forte capacité rédactionnelle et très bonne capacité d'expression en allemand ou en français (langue maternelle ou bilingue / niveau C2) et dans l'autre langue ainsi que très bonne connaissance de l'anglais (niveau C1). Une bonne connaissance de l'italien est un atout
