- Contribute to Vacheron Constantin Marketing and Communication activation coherence in markets
- Lead creativity and excellence for all marketing activations implementations driving in all possible ways the cohesiveness and consistency of Maison strategy and executions across markets

**How will you make the difference?**
- Support the Marketing Operations Project Manager in global market marketing operations organization and collaboration with other HQ departments
- Drive cohesiveness of Maison strategy and marketing activities across markets, collections, and key sales period
- Own the update of the Marketing Activations calendar and Maison’s Online Content Marketing Platform
- Attend markets calls and give live feedbacks on activations
- Support Marketing Operations Project Manager in providing ongoing support to local teams to maximize sales and operational results
- Contribute to the simplification and efficiency of the ongoing development done by Marketing and Communication network
- Support the Marketing Operations Project Manager in managing Weekly HQ Update newsletters
- Support the Marketing Operations Project Manager in creating a global execution and best practices reports archive
- Contribute to the preparation of supporting material and reports - Ensure in time delivery of additional assets when needed
- Collaborate alongside the Marketing Operations Project Manager in the development and implementation of toolboxes and best practices (toolboxes distribution and explanations)
- On site ad-hoc support of the Event team

**About you**
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a Marketing/Communication role, with exposure to an international environment
- Interest in luxury in general and understanding of watch industry and stakeholders are a plus
- Marketing 360° activation process skills
- Knowledge in content creation, production Solution driven mind and details mindset, Team spirit, Organized and reliable, curious, proactive and client oriented.
- Able to prioritize and work reactively - Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, able to work transversally with multiple stakeholders.
- Dynamic, creative, and agile
