The Offering Manager partner with Client Advisors in EMEA in providing superior investment opportunities to clients and prospective clients to the Bank by selecting and delivering tailored, strategic, innovative solutions in line with the bank CIO view.

They work closely with CIO, research and the relevant product departments to identify and develop the most appropriate investment solutions that, within a portfolio context, implement the house view across asset classes. They thus deliver superior investment opportunities to advisors through broad internal communication, trainings, sales meetings, events road shows and 1 to 1s. In collaboration with the Banks specialists they are the ambassadors of core and high conviction ideas and help to provide superior sale and after sale support to clients.

Given the advisory nature of the roles, the Offering Manger will ensure that the advice provided is in ‘good faith’, in line with the bank view and always in in the best interests of the client, in adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

**Description**:

- Proactive and independent member who demonstrates an analytical way of thinking and a rapid grasp of investment concepts across asset classes and solutions
- Directly and closely interacting with Investment Managers, Relationship Managers (front) while coordinating with Chief Investment Office (CIO) and our products “investment engine” and specialists
- Organization of flagship monthly regional product council, roadshow events across EMEA and relevant activities connected with the periodic sales cycle framework
- Support the launch of dedicated sales initiative and quarterly/monthly high conviction solutions across EMEA
- Regional Core offering ambassador and go to person. Core fund solutions gatekeeper and specialist
- Supporting clients book analysis to identify switch opportunities and develop actionable advice to close clients’ strategic asset allocation gaps
- Coordinating internal functions for periodical management updates and transparency reports

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Rounded knowledge across asset classes, solutions (funds, structured products, capital markets, private markets) and vehicles
- Ability to present, convince and have impact in one to one interactions and broad audiences. Keen negotiator and objection handler
- Critical thinking and passion for innovation. Knowledge of product marketing
- 3+ years of experience in client investment related functions or internal sales coupled with a natural passion for investment advice
- Fluent in English and German, other European languages a plus
- CFA or other certifications a plus
