Overview

We are looking for an experienced Functional Coordinator to join our 17-strong Field Engineering Service team.
The Field Engineering Service team is responsible for the requalification of SKAN products throughout Europe. The pharmaceutical industry is one of the most regulated industries in the world. In order to be able to sell their medicines in Europe and the USA, it is imperative that their systems are requalified annually. We carry out an annual requalification of your systems (SKAN products only) in order to maintain operations and prevent any complications.
To support the team in their daily tasks, we are looking for an upbeat employee who likes to support other people in their tasks. The tasks are very varied with support for the team on site (e.g. with newer employees) or if there are uncertainties in the implementation at customers, you are the first point of contact to support the team.
You will be joining a young team with a wide variety of nationalities, so an open culture of encounter is very important.

**Responsibilities**:

- Further development of processes in the Field Engineering Service (FES) area
- Work preparation and telephone support for colleagues at customer sites
- Supporting and guiding new employees during and after the SKAN Academy, in their first assignments with customers and in new technologies
- Supporting employees:

- in the independent implementation of requalifications
- during the requalification of large systems
- in troubleshooting (mechanical and electrical)
- with GMP documentation for the requalification of large-scale systems
- Supporting the sales department in the preparation of requalifications
- Accompanying initial requalifications and documenting possible adjustments of effort and work
- International travel 20 - 40%

Hardskills
- Basic technical training with several years of professional experience or higher technical education qualification
- Several years of experience in the GMP environment
- Business fluent in German and English
