What you'll need to have

As Commercial SFM & Bistro Manager, you will be responsible for commercial execution in the Bistro and Swedish Food Market, ensure IKEA Retail Food in the commercial calendar, develop commercial initiatives and food competence in the store. You will lead and coach the Bistro and Swedish Food market team in optimising and develop the IKEA Retail Food business, considering the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people and planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints.
- You have a real passion for sales and what motivates you is meeting customers' needs.
- You have experience managing customers in a dynamic restaurant or retail environment.
- You enjoy and have experience in managing and developing a team.
- You are flexible and willing to work with your team during irregular hours to create a great IKEA culinary shopping experience.
- You are a strong communicator and speak and write in French, English fluently, and preferably German.

It is important that you are flexible in terms of working hours. Early or late shifts within our opening hours and Saturday assignments will be part of your working schedule.

**Your responsibilities**
- You know the IKEA Food assortment in its breadth and depth and can present it in a way that inspires our visitors and optimizes sales.
- You ensure that the bistro and the IKEA Swedish store are in excellent condition, fully stocked at all times and that our customers are always the center of attention.
- You motivate and develop your team.
- Promote a culture of safety by ensuring daily work procedures are in place and followed in all daily operations.
