**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

The objective of this traineeship is to give the trainee on the one hand a good understanding of the different aspects of our CRM scope of work (data - analytics - activation - organization) and on the other hand allow him/her to fulfil both operational and strategic tasks:

- Produce and release monthly CRM reports in close collaboration with our Client Data Analysist
- Support the CRM Team in further deploying and leveraging our Clienteling tool and Strategy in close collaboration with our Senior Client Activation PM. Both in BTQ and CRC’s.
- Support the Global CRM Manager in animating our Maison’s Internal CRM Community (Monthly Call preparation, Teams animation, etc.).

**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**
- You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (master)
- Extensive experience with MS Office Suite, HTML, Data Management
- At ease with reporting and analytical tools
- Good understanding of data management, databases and data flows
- Project Management skills and analytical thinking
- Fluent in French and English
