**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support: Assist the Banqueting Manager in the service area.
- Coordination: Ensure a smooth service flow daily in our banquet and service areas according to our quality standards.
- Event Preparation: Prepare and organize events in accordance with the agreed Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
- Setup Management: Oversee the setup before and after events.
- Guest Support: Provide personal support and advice for our guests.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to the highest quality standards and handling guest complaints professionally.
- Department Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure a unique hotel experience.
**Skills and Experience of a Banqueting Supervisor**:
- Must-Haves:
- Completed vocational training in the upscale hotel or catering industry.
- Ideally 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Ability to express oneself, open-mindedness, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills to handle both complaints and positive feedback from guests.
- High-quality awareness and a sense for trends.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of various cash register systems.
- Excellent manners, well-groomed appearance, and a positive charisma.
- Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to work weekend and holiday shifts.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
