Event Manager

**What's the role?**:
We are looking for creative, customer-oriented Event Manager to strengthen our Events & Guest Relation team at Hilti Headquarters in Schaan. You are a proactive person with strong organizational skills, you are also team-oriented and able to work in a structured way. You have proven experience in the organization and execution of events (physical and digital) as well as working with event management platforms (most likely Cvent).

**What does the role involve?**:
As a member of the Global Events & Guest Relations Team you conceptualize, plan and implement internal and external events for different international target groups focussing on Hilti employees.You are experienced and enjoy the organization and execution of physical and digital live-streaming events. Familiarity with event management tools such as Cvent or others would be an advantage.

You are motivated, have a very structured and professional approach to the project assigned to and are able to handle different projects at the same time. This will include set-up of event and registration websites, having budget responsibility and the coordination of suppliers and partners. You act as the main contact person for the event participants before, during and after an event and are therefore the business card of our company.

Furthermore, you are a good team player, happy to share your knowledge with other colleagues and are thus available to other departments as a sparring partner.

**What you need is**:

- Experienced in professional event management
- Trained skills with event management tools as Cvent or others
- Proven experience in physical as well as live streaming events
- Your working style is proactive, and you have a “getting-things-done” mentality
- You are willing to go the extra mile and always looking for improvements
- You are fluent in German and English
