We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.
- Start date: April 1st, 2024
- Duration: 6 months
- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland
- Note: This is a paid internship
**Your Mission**:
- You will play a key role in making the On Internship Program a success. Being an intern yourself, you will act as the orchestrator of the Intern group; connecting, guiding and energizing the group.
- You will plan and organize activities to foster engagement and collaboration within the intern community, gather feedback, and ensure transparent communication utilizing various channels.
- You will be the main point of contact for interns, answer questions and provide essential information.
- You will support us in identifying areas for improvement and play an active role in the recruitment of the next Intern batch.

- You are a natural organizer skillfully bringing groups together. You are enthusiastic about creating positive and inclusive experiences for others and never run out of creative ideas.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
