**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional care for three girls, aged 18 months, 6.5 years old, and 9 years old.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
- Engage in activities that are appropriate for each child's age and developmental stage.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the children's growth and development.
- Teach and reinforce good manners and respectful behavior.
- Encourage and support the children's confidence and self-esteem.
- Create a fun and creative atmosphere through engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Maintain open and honest communication with the parents regarding the children's progress, needs, and any concerns that may arise.
- Promote respect, honesty, and positive values in all interactions.
**Requirements**:
- EU passport, Swiss passport or Swiss work permit
- Fluent in English (non-French mother tongue).
- Knowledgeable about child development and capable of adapting caregiving techniques to meet each child's individual needs.
- Ability to stimulate and engage children through various activities and educational play.
- Hold a valid driving license.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience working as a nanny or in a similar childcare role is preferred.
