**Quality Systems Manager / QMS Verantwortlicher (m/w)****:
**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**
- Pflege und Optimierung des Qualitätsmanagements nach ISO- und GMP-Standards
- Fachliche Führung von zwei Mitarbeitenden im Qualitätswesen
- Erstellen von Prozessbeschreibungen, SOPs sowie Arbeitsanweisungen und Pflege des Q-Handbuchs
- Überprüfen qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente und Durchführung regelmässiger Mitarbeiterschulungen
- Begleitung interner und externer Audits (Swissmedic, FDA)

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen (Chemie, Pharmazie).
- Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement im GMP-Umfeld eines produzierenden Unternehmens
- Kommunikative, teamfähige und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter hands-on-Mentalität.
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift.
