**Your mission**:
As a member of the Softcom team, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of marketing, from project management to content creation and active participation in the implementation of advertisements and events. Your main tasks will be the following:

Project management : *
- Overall coordination of marketing
- Animation of the editorial committee with the sales team
- Event coordination
- Budget follow-up

*
Operational marketing : *
- Creation of basic content (social networks, mailing)
- Creation of video content (shooting, editing, motion design) such as interviews, teasers, after-movies, event animation, etc.)
- Planning and distribution of content on social networks
- Setting up sponsored campaigns on social networks
- Creation and maintenance of the website on CMS Wordpress
- Management and implementation of newsletters and various mailings
- Graphic design of various types of communication media
- Setting up live streaming webinars, web conferences, etc.

- Distribution of recruitment advertisements on the various platforms
- Coordination with external service providers
- Implementation of sponsored campaigns on various social networks

- Good knowledge of the Swiss market, in particular the IT market
- At least 3/5 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing
- Good general knowledge of the media industry

- Excellent knowledge of bureaucratic tools such as Wordpress, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong team spirit and a sense of humour
