**Position Summary**

We are currently looking for a highly competent **Treasury Forex & Risk Manager**, dedicated to Nestrade Procurement Division and NESA Business Growth Solutions. Reporting directly to the Head of Risk & Compliance, you will be responsible for managing Risk activities, ensuring optimal FX model, credit risk and cash management in line with market responsibilities as per the House of Finance, providing accurate and relevant reporting to the Nestrade Head of Risk & Compliance and the CFO.

**A Day in the Life of a Treasury Forex & Risk Manager**
- Lead the Risk & Treasury operations for Nestrade and NESA BGS.
- Execute FX management strategy and analyze FX, P&L & Mark-to-Market reporting. Review with Accounting to adapt Forex model based on evolving businesses.
- Lead relationship with Nestlé Treasury Centre Europe specifically related with the financing e.g. In House Banking, Intra Group loans, risk calculator, etc. Lead the Treasury Committee.
- Assess risk on pre-payments made to 3rd Party suppliers (CAPEX, ESG, etc.) and Perform 3rd Party BGS customer credit assessment using Dunn & Bradstreet or other business intelligence sources.
- Collaborate with the Nestlé Group Risk Committees such as Assets Liabilities Management Committee and Commodities Financial Risk Committee to manage counterparty risk exposures.
- Manage relationship with external banks and clearing brokers (Know Your Customer and onboarding). Review Clearing Agreements, Give Up Agreements and ISDAs for Over The Counter derivatives.
- Ensure the set up and maintenance of e-banking accesses as per authorizations / signatories approved by the Board of Directors.
- Oversee commodities margin requirements. Coordinate funding with the Regional Nestlé Treasury Centres (Europe/North America/LATAM/AOA).
- Drive for continuous improvement, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation. Ensure best practices are shared keeping Standard Operating Procedures up to date.

**What will make you successful**
- Master’s degree in finance or accounting. An Accounting, Treasury or Risk Certification would be an asset.
- 8-10 years’ experience in Finance & Control, ideally in Risk & Compliance roles with previous interactions with Banks, Brokers, Financial Institutions, or Insurance.
- Good knowledge of risk management for commodities and FX.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience is preferred.
- Fluency in the English Language is a must, Spanish/French is a plus.
