We're continuing on our global headcount growth, which is driving an increase in activity to our HR & People Management Team. To support that, we're looking for an **HR Administrator / HR Assistant / HR Coordinator** initially for a 3 month contract.
This is an **immediate** **need**, so to be suitable you will be available now, or finishing your current role promptly.

Combining deep expertise in life sciences and mathematical modeling, we bring to market data analytics solutions to support healthcare professionals in better diagnosing and treating patients. Our mission is to provide equal access to knowledge and capabilities by democratizing data-driven medicine. We are unlocking data silos and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to draw insights from complex data sets to improve diagnosis, treatment, analysis, and drug development.
**Your Mission**
This temporary mission will be responsible for driving operational, transactional and administrative activity throughout the full employee life-cycle to our local and international employee base.
From the moment we bring a colleague on-board, through their development and onto their next move away from the organisation, you will touch every part of the journey.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Help to guide and smoothly onboard our new colleagues with the preparation of contracts, questions about benefits and a people-focused journey from day 1
- Management and updating of employee records and information within our HR System (Currently MS Dynamics 365, soon to be Workday)
- A first line point of contact for employees with queries on HR & People Processes
- Liaise with external partners related to people processes including payroll, benefits and similar suppliers
- Support our HRBPs, HR Operations Manager, HR Director and Chief People Officer with further people-related administrative processes
**Requirements**:
**Your Background**
- Ideally you'll be coming to us with previous working experience in an HR or People Management team in an administrative or transactional capacity
- Working knowledge of People processes, HR & Business Administration, Local Labour & Employment Law and HR Best Practice is needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are critical.
- Solid attention to detail, with strong administrative capabilities are key here.
- We are implementing Workday as our new HRIS, so exposure to Workday or similar multi-functional HRIS (SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft Etc) would be highly beneficial.
We are a small, agile organisation transitioning through start-up, scale-up and maturity. You'll need to be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with a solutions-focused mindset to enabling business growth and a be embracive to change.
