**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Als Business Controller bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Prozessabläufen und die Steuerung im Vertrieb.
- Du baust die Planungs-, Erfassungs
- und Berichtssysteme für den Vertrieb auf, beginnend beim Auftragseingang bis hin zu den Kostenstellenkosten.
- Du bereitest Entscheidungen vor und berätst Führungskräfte in Marketing und Vertrieb in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen.
- Du stimmst die Absatzplanung mit der Fertigung ab und dokumentierst Erlösschmälerungsarten und -regeln.
- Du entwickelst Instrumente zur Steuerung der Verkäufereffizienz, zur Erfassung und Auswertung von Leistungsdaten und zur Pflege der Kundendatenbank, und setzt sie ein.
- Du stellst Instrumente für die Verkaufsförderungsplanung und -steuerung bereit und bist für das Vertriebsreporting verantwortlich. Bei Bedarf erstellst du auch Ad-hoc-Auswertungen.

**Deine Skills**:

- Nach deinem Studienabschluss in BWL konntest du umfassende Expertise im Controlling aufbauen und idealerweise eine entsprechende Ausbildung abschließen.
- Du hast einen ganzheitlichen Blick auf das Big Picture und betrachtest die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Perspektive.
- Dank deiner Hands-on-Mentalität arbeitest du selbstständig und legst großen Wert auf Genauigkeit und Verständlichkeit deiner Arbeit.
- Du verfügst über versierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP FI/CO, idealerweise auf Key User Niveau, und beherrschst die gängigen MS-Programme wie Excel, Powerpoint und Office365 mühelos.
- Auch in hektischen Zeiten bewahrst du Ruhe und hältst Termine und Qualitätsstandards während der Monatsabschlüsse ein.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
