En tant que Relationship Manager Suisse, vous êtes responsable d'identifier les opportunités commerciales, d'initier des entretiens de vente et de garantir la satisfaction des clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes internes (Genève et Zurich) et transmettrez des informations sur le marché et les produits à nos clients.

**Relationship Manager Assistant / Private Banking (h/f/d)**

**Responsabilités**:

- Responsable de fournir des solutions rapides et à valeur ajoutée pour les clients basés principalement en Suisse Romande
- Administration des relations clients et gestion de tous les aspects quotidiens de l'expérience patrimoniale
- Gestion des demandes et des requêtes des clients concernant leurs comptes et leurs transactions
- Prendre en charge les cas en attente en suivant de près et en fournissant des mises à jour proactives aux clients
- S'assurer que les directives de risque/conformité sont suivies en permanence tout en répondant aux besoins des clients
- Identifier et signaler les problèmes en temps opportun
- Diriger le processus d'intégration des clients et la due diligence des nouveaux clients
- Support AML et surveillance des transactions et KYC
- Contrôle et traitement des transactions clients, y compris les demandes de paiement, les transferts de titres, les ordres de négociation, la gestion de trésorerie, etc.

**Profil requis**
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente en tant que responsable du service client / assistant de gestion de la relation dans la banque privée
- Capacité à travailler en équipe sans supervision et à remplacer d'autres membres de l'équipe, en période de pointe sous pression et dans le respect des délais
- Langue maternelle française et très bonnes connaissances en anglais, autres langues sont un avantage
- Excellentes compétences en informatique, maîtrise des outils bureautiques Windows (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Rigueur, organisation, approche proactive du travail, excellentes compétences en communication
- Esprit collégial, orienté solution, attitude positive et constructive
