- The FIFA Museum in Zurich celebrates heritage and culture, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive attractions, exciting information and special memories. With exceptional exhibitions and our thought-provoking cultural and educational programmes, the home of football history is a lively meeting place for fans and visitors of all ages from all over the world.
- To enhance our team, we are looking for a highly motivated, committed and proactive Cultural Tour Guide (hourly basis) to join us by arrangement.**Responsibilities**:
- Leading guided tours in the FIFA Museum (groups, companies, public tours, school classes, families, etc.)
- Familiarization with the topics and focus points of the exhibitions
- Participation in trainings and quarterly meetings
- Collaboration and support of the museum team during special events

- The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Experience in educational work in cultural institutions
- Personal connection and passion for football as a sport as well as a cultural asset and social phenomenon
- Very good language skills in German and English. Other languages (Spanish, French, Italian) would be an advantage
- Willingness to build up a modern understanding of mediation
- Flexibility to work during the museum opening hours as well as on weekends

- The FIFA Museum at Zurich's Enge railway station has created a worthy site for the success story of international football.
- The exhibition shows how international football has continually developed, generating enthusiasm, inspiring and connecting people around the world.
- With numerous attractions, audiovisual content and varied exhibition areas that are also intended to stimulate reflection, the museum shows the global influence of football. An exhibition area of around 3,000 square metres is available on three levels. The exhibition comprises more than 1,000 exhibits in an interactive, multimedia world of experience. In addition, the museum offers a regular cultural programme and an educational and educational programme aimed at families with children and school classes.
- Just as unique as the FIFA Museum is our team. Currently, around 70 employees work for the Museum. They represent different nationalities, professional backgrounds and numerous languages. But they are united by their shared enthusiasm for football, history and culture.
