The team's main responsibilities are to manage and prepare entire assembly kits out of storage materials and manufactured as ready-to-use and to the point-of-use. This includes this incoming, inventory, short term warehousing plus stores activities, dispatching, archiving of manufacturing documents for mechanical and electrical parts from overall production shops and installation teams.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day kitting tasks (receiving, Handling, packing/unpacking, shipping and dispatching of goods, perform inventories; manage administrative tasks )
- Booking of goods in SAP
- Print and prepare work documents - archive of traceability paperwork
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments as necessary to meet internal customer requirements
- Motived and interested to work in a cross-functional team with plenty internal relationships
- Ensure ready-to-use and to the point-of-use philosophy as per project schedule needs
- Escalation of material shortages and “showstopper”
- Comply with EHS rules (work instruction, personal protective equipment
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in a safe working environment
- Propose and support continuous improvements projects

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience as logistic agent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the aerospace industry and the regulatory framework is an advantage
- Ability to work on shift
- Apprenticeship or similar education in logistics or material management
- Work experience in manufacturing business and understand electronic and mechanical part handling
- Good IT knowledge (SAP R/3, MS-Office, etc )
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
