**Your field of responsibility**

The Business Risk and Process Solutions (BRPS) Wealth Management Payment Office is part of the Wealth Management COO area and is a centre of competence responsible for the front to back management of payments related topics in the Wealth Management division.
This role is based in Switzerland but is unique in coverage of every Booking and Advisory location of the Wealth Management division (35 Locations), we are in the lead for payment related topics for our 16 Booking Platforms including Switzerland and provide oversight for a further 19 advisory locations. This role will focus on our Swiss and European locations but with have some interaction with all locations.
We are a highly visible dynamic area where you can be an integral part of the decision-making that supports the front to back Wealth Management Payments product strategy. You will be part of a small global team with employees based in Switzerland, Middle East and APAC and expanding to Latin America that is renowned for its dynamic and engaged culture.
The WM Payments Office is responsible for the end-to-end management of payments strategy, management of payments risk and owns the payment framework for the Wealth Management division. We ensure appropriate standards are maintained throughout the division and own the Target operating Model and overall Payment Strategy to ensure robust compliance and best in class RM/client experience (“define what good looks like”).
We are the risk advisor and 2nd / 3rd level of contact to Front Office to ensure appropriate standards around the processing, execution and strategy of payments are maintained.
We ensure maintenance of a strong control culture & discipline through rigorous focus on risk management across core payment processes.
This role is visible to senior leaders across the organization, and spans interaction with our client facing employees in Switzerland and all 16 International Booking Platforms. It is a high profile role covering front to back areas of the bank liaising with stakeholders globally. And involves interaction with IT/ Platform Management/ Global Operations and the Payments COO organisation.

We are a small team with employees based in Switzerland, Middle East, APAC and are expanding to Latin America, we are part of the wider BRPS family which covers multiple competence centres globally from Australia to Bahamas including Investor Protection, Fraud and Data Management. There is a wide remit of work, in scope, complexity, and interaction with stakeholders in multiple locations and different divisions across the bank, with this role there is the opportunity to interact with senior leaders across the front facing WM business, regional management, international booking platforms, in APAC, Americas, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East and control & risk functions on a regular basis. **Your skills and experience**

We are looking for a reliable self-starter with a willingness to learn, an eye for curiosity and an inquisitive mind, and someone who will challenge the status quo. Previous knowledge of payments or Wealth Management is not essential its more important that you are a self starter who can work independently.
