Die Tätigkeit ermöglicht Ihnen interessante Einblicke in die Arbeitsweise und das Tagesgeschäft eines international-agierenden Großunternehmens. Sie lernen zunächst die folgenden drei Kernbereiche bei Fastenal Europe kennen:
**Vertrieb, Operations und Logistics Management**
Ihre Einarbeitung wird zudem von der firmeneigenen Fastenal School of Business begleitet (Online-Kurse und Classroom Trainings an unseren europäischen Standorten).
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Verantwortlich für die Betreuung von Kundenaccounts, Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Reklamationen sowie termingerechte Abwicklung.
- Bearbeitung und Verarbeitung von Gutschriften, einschließlich der Stammdatenverwaltung im System.
- Überprüfung, Korrektur und Buchung fehlender Warenausgänge mit einem Fokus auf Bestandsabgleich.
- Bearbeitung von Eingangs
- und Ausgangsrechnungen.
- Im Rahmen der Auftragsdisposition kümmern Sie sich um die Beschaffung, Verwaltung und den Einkauf unserer Produkte innerhalb unseres internationalen Zulieferernetzwerks.
- Sie kontrollieren die Einhaltung und Qualität der Arbeitsabläufe nach vorgegebenen Leistungskennzahlen.
- Sie sind Fastenal-Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
- Sie organisieren und leiten unser Warenlager.
- Bestenfalls bringen Sie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch & Englisch; Englisch ist Unternehmenssprache)
- Sie haben technisches Verständnis
- Hohes Organisationsgeschick und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Problemlösungskompetenz und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Proaktive und zupackende Herangehensweise
- Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, sowie im Kundenservice wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse mit indirekten Materialien im Bereich OEM & MRO wünschenswert
- Führerschein Klasse B
