**Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Du verantwortest die interne Kommunikation der Axpo Gruppe, sowie die internen und externen Corporate Events.
- Als Teil des Führungsteams von Corporate Communications & Public Affairs konzipierst, gestaltest und steuerst Du zusammen mit Deinen Leadership-Kolleg/innen alle kommunikativen Aktivitäten der Axpo Gruppe.
- Du führst ein Team von motivierten Kommunikationsspezialist/innen.
- Du bist für die Konzeption, Planung, Erstellung und Umsetzung von internen Kommunikationsmassnahmen verantwortlich und stellst sicher, dass diese konsistent sind mit allen anderen Kommunikationsaktivitäten bzw. übergeordneten Strategien (Unternehmens
- und Markenstrategie).
- Du verantwortest neben der Mitarbeitenden
- und Strategiekommunikation auch die interne Positionierung des Executive Boards und treibst Change
- und Transformationsprojekte voran.
- Du entwickelst die interne Kommunikation strategisch weiter, sodass sie stets State of the Art ist.
- Darüber hinaus verantwortest Du Corporate Events sowohl inhaltlich als auch organisatorisch und stellst zusammen mit Deinem Team ein reibungsloses Eventmanagement sicher.

**Profil & Fähigkeiten**:

- Langjährige Erfahrung in der internen bzw. integrierten Unternehmenskommunikation und Leistungsausweis in digitaler Kommunikation.
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in Change
- und Kulturprozessen und deren kommunikativer Begleitung.
- Projektmanagement
- sowie Beratungskompetenz.
- Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Führungserfahrung und Leistungsausweis (fachlich, personell) in Wirtschaft oder auf Agenturseite.
- Universitäts
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Kommunikation/Journalismus oder relevanten Bereichen. Spezifische Weiterbildungen in verschiedenen Bereichen der Corporate Communications, insbesondere im Bereich interne
- bzw. integrierte Kommunikation und Eventmanagement.
- Unbändiger Gestaltungswille, kein Verwaltungs-Mindset.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
