Clinical Trial Manager

Hobson Prior are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a permanent basis working remotely from home anywhere in Switzerland. Our client is focused on making a difference in people's lives.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- For this role, you will be responsible for offering training to allocated program personnel such as CRAs and CTAs by exhibiting leadership proficiencies.
- Guide and organise the management and implementation of all clinical trial actions in amenability with GCP and pertinent regulatory protocols.
- When allocated, you will provide a thorough management and surveillance of local trial actions.
- You will contribute to the improvement and assessment of department SOPs and process development initiatives.
- Efficiently handle third party vendors to contracted deliverables in quality, price and deadline limits.
- Handle international observational oversight of site-level actions linked to current and planned trials.
- To guarantee quality and performance standards are encountered by suppliers and allocated program personnel, you will supervise study metrics.
- Cooperate with clinical scientist, clinical indication/development lead, and clinical study team to warrant current assessment of patient profiles and data inventories.
- Accountable for taking the initiative to recognise possible material requirements to management.
- Any other assigned duties.

- Able to work self-sufficiently under mínimal supervision with the ability to take the initiative in achieving tasks before asking for support.
- Able to think critically with the capacity to resolve issues/conflicts, cooperate well with others and comprehend information and data.
- Communication skills, both written and verbally.
- An organised individual with the ability to manage time and conflict efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Educated to a degree level in a life science, healthcare or similar discipline.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a clinical trial management position in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology organisation handling the logistics of clinical trial implementation.
- Willing to travel for business needs at a minimum of 25% both nationally and internationally.
- Rare disease and/or orphan indications familiarity.
- Acquaintance handling large and/or multifaceted studies and project teams.
- Managing experience with CROs and any other specialised suppliers.
- Comprehension of the drug development procedure and clinical trial implementation which involves ICH/GCP needs and regional guidelines.
- Demonstrate the five core competencies of the company, which are: Collaboration, Accountability, Passion, Respect, and Integrity; as well as any other position specific aptitudes.
