Als führender, international tätiger Grosshändler für Produkte und Lösungen der Informations
- und Kommunikationstechnologie (ICT), bietet unsere Auftraggeberin im Bereich Technology Solutions ihren Partnern innovative und weitreichende Technologie-Services.

Für den Standort Schweiz sind wir beauftragt mit der Suche einer kommunikativen Marketing-Persönlichkeit für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der operativen und strategischen Marketing-Themen.

Aufgaben
- Weiterentwicklung und Konzeptionierung der Marketing
- und Kommunikationsstrategie zur Stärkung des Brands und Neu-Positionierung des Unternehmens
- Festlegung kurz
- und langfristiger Ziele für deine Abteilung und Verantwortung für die Umsetzung aller On-/Offline-Marketingaktivitäten (Schweiz und teils global)
- Verantwortung und Umsetzung von PR- und allgemeine Kommunikationsmassnahmen
- Identifizierung von Branchentrends, Kundenbedürfnisse und neuste Technologie-Entwicklungen
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Marketingbeziehungen (Schweiz & DACH)
- Etablierung der Marke und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenbotschaft über alle Kanäle hinweg
- Teilnahme und Organisation von regionalen und globalen Events
- Verantwortung des Marketingbudgets sowie Verfolgung der Ergebnisse von Marketingaktivitäten und Erstellung von Berichten mit Marketinganalysen und allen relevanten Marketing-KPIs
- Fachliche und personelle Führung von zirka zwei bis drei Mitarbeitende

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder relevante Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Marketing und/oder Kommunikation
- Mehrjährige Marketingerfahrung indirekten Vertrieb (B2B) von Produkten oder Lösungen, bevorzugt mit Erfahrung im Auf
- und Ausbau eines erfolgreichen Brands
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und starke Projektmanagement Skills
- Lösungsorientierte/r Macher/in mit Führungserfahrung
- Sprachen Deutsch fliessend in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
