Nous recherchons un(e) Junior Change Manager afin de renforcer temporairement l’équipe « Change management », au sein du COO office de la Banque privée. Vous aurez la responsabilité de superviser, coordonner et organiser le déploiement et les trainings de notre plateforme de gestion, au niveau mondial, afin de faire de celui-ci un succès.

Dans cette fonction, vous serez amené(e) à collaborer de manière étroite avec nos équipes projets, les banquiers et assistants - en Suisse et à l’international - nos équipes informatiques et techniques. Une forte sensibilité aux réalités des équipes métier est nécessaire.

Pour vous, c’est l’opportunité de développer vos compétences en gestion du changement dans le secteur bancaire, dans un environnement dynamique, impliquant la mise en production d’outils développés en interne.

VOTRE MISSION:

- Organiser la planification et la coordination d’initiatives dans le cadre de leur introduction au métier, d’un point de vue du contenu ainsi que logistique
- Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes, comme les gérants de projets et les équipes de support, afin d’organiser et développer les contenus de formations, visant à accompagner le déploiement de nouveaux outils informatiques
- Accompagner les équipes pendant la phase de transition en proposant une organisation et un suivi adaptés à leurs besoins
- Participer et animer des formation
- Conduire des meetings de suivi avec les responsables produits, les projets managers et autres agents du changement
- Participer aux autres activités de l’équipe de « change management » en fonction de l’actualité des projets

VOTRE PROFIL:

- Expérience préalable en tant que formateur ou dans le domaine de la formation
- Bonne compréhension des métiers de la banque privée, des systèmes bancaires et des processus de gestion de fortune
- Capacité à donner des formations à des utilisateurs exigeants
- Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec différents niveaux de l'organisation
- Sensibilité aux aspects relatifs à la réalité des utilisateurs finaux, tels que leurs propres contraintes temporelles et leurs besoins en information
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, capacité à travailler en équipe et à défendre ses idées
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral/écrit) obligatoire, allemand serait un plus apprécié
