Afin de renforcer notre équipe RH à Vernier (GE) ou Ostermundigen (BE), nous recherchons activement un « HR Community manager » qui développera avec nous la future stratégie « marque employeur » du TCS. Ce poste est également ouvert en « jobsharing ».

Le TCS, le plus grand club de mobilité de Suisse, est prêt à relever les défis futurs. Nous abordons le changement de mobilité actuel de manière proactive et participons à sa conception. Aujourd'hui déjà, un ménage sur trois nous fait confiance - et nous voulons toucher encore plus de personnes en Suisse et les accompagner dans les questions de mobilité.

**Nous pourrons compter sur vous pour**:

- Développer notre stratégie globale de marque employeur
- Développer notre présence sur les réseaux sociaux
- Développer notre stratégie « relations écoles »
- Appuyer les HRBP dans tout ce qui est E-Recrutement et identifier les meilleurs canaux de recrutement
- Développer des campagnes de recrutement ad-hoc limitées dans le temps
- Déterminer les produits clés à utiliser pour le suivi digital des recrutements
- Créer des contenus originaux en partenariat avec les équipes de CorpCom (stories, interviews, sondages)
- Gérer nos contenus sur les sites de notation d’entreprise (Kununu, Glassdoor, etc)
- Faire de la veille technologique sur les outils RS à utiliser en rapport avec nos différents publics-cibles
- Appuyer et former le cas échéant les RH et managers tous les aspects cités ci-dessus

**Compétences Requises:
- Vous êtes un ou une pro des réseaux sociaux
- Plus précisément, vous maîtrisez les différentes plateformes de médias sociaux (Instagram, TikTok, Snap, FB) ainsi que le Business model de LinkedIn, Google Analytics et vous savez lancer au besoin des campagnes Ads
- Vous avez si possible de l’expérience dans le E-recrutement
- Vous pouvez produire des reportings réseaux sociaux (suivi des KPI’s, analyses, recommandations)
- Vous bénéficiez d’une formation universitaire/HES ou expérience jugée équivalente
- ** De langue maternelle française ou allemande vous maitrisez l’autre langue**:

- Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences rédactionnelles (content) et maitrisez les outils Office365
- Doté d’un bon esprit d’équipe, curieux, vif d'esprit, méthodique, précis, autonome et organisé, vous possédez un esprit analytique et le sens des responsabilités
