Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR Team. The HRBP will be dedicated to our Research & Development Division’s production site in Schachen and will sit on the Site Leadership team. Being responsible for providing strategic HR support in the areas of organizational design, performance and talent management, succession planning, engagement, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
**_ The role will include yet is not limited to the following activities:_**
**Strategic HR Planning & Business Partnership**:
- Be an active member of Site Leadership team and collaborate with the internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives on site.
- Deliver HR solutions tailored to business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the assigned client groups, building strong relationships and understanding their HR needs.
- Consult with leaders on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with client groups and leadership team to ensure effective integration of HR strategies into business operations.
**Employee Relations**:
- Provide guidance and support to people managers in the assigned stakeholder group in managing complex employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
**Talent Acquisition and Retention**:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with business needs.- Support the development of succession plans and talent pipelines.
**Culture**:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
- Collaborate with broader HRBP team to develop programs that promote employee well-being and work-life balance.
**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to provide insights and enable data-driven decision-making process.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
