Campus Recruiting Manager

The Campus Recruiting Manager will further develop our integrated university relations strategy for La Prairie. The incumbent will build on our existing early talent recruiting foundation by elevating and reinforcing key campus relationships to ensure that La Prairie is known and heavily branded to attract, hire, and retain diverse university early talents. In addition, this role will manage selected end-to-end recruitments for different areas.
**How you will create a beautiful impact**:
50% Recruitment and 50% Campus Management.
- Active networking and building up collaborative partnerships with schools, universities and other cooperation partners
- Organization of campus marketing events, career fairs, workshops and inhouse events
- Understand La Prairie's early talent needs and be able to influence, manage expectations and ensure activities are in sync with the global university relations
- Keep abreast of recruiting best practices and best-in-class early talent global industry trends; Provide implementable ideas, solutions and direction that will ensure that La Prairie is viewed as an employer of choice to early university top talents
- Evaluate KPIs regularly and be responsible for reporting on university activities.
- Work on various projects in employer branding and thus make a significant contribution to the further development of our employer brand and to address our target groups even more effectively.
- Take responsibility for recruiting for specific positions, including pre-selection and conducting interviews
**What you need to become our next audacious talent**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition specifically recruiting early talents from college campuses into an organization
- Strong understanding of HR hiring practices and procedures and experience with employee relations
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture as well as design and execute details and tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills; adaptable to shifting priorities; ability to problem solve and multi-task; demonstrated team player; possess a creative and continuous improvement mindset.
- Very strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Europe
- Fluency in English, and preferably German
